为庆祝中华人民共和国成立75周年，经研究决定，安徽省高校图工委拟在全省高校举办“时光印记·共筑辉煌”主题活动。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、活动主题：时光印记·共筑辉煌

二、活动时间：2024年11月12日至12月31日

三、活动对象：安徽省高校全体师生

四、活动方案、内容及要求：

（一）经典著作阅读分享

1.推荐与中华人民共和国成立75周年相关的10本书籍进行阅读；

2.邀请专家学者、志愿者分享书籍内容、个人感悟等；

3.分享会设置互动环节，评选最佳互动奖;

4.日程安排：11月12-30日阅读准备阶段，学生从推荐书籍中自主选择书籍进行阅读；12月1-31日“书香江淮”活动读书月，分时段进行线上/线下分享会，每场时长不超过1小时。整理分享内容，评选优秀分享者。

（二）时光印记征文比赛

1.聚焦“时光印记”，围绕国家发展历程中的某一时期或事件展开；

2.文章需为原创，字数建议控制在800-1500字左右。

五、参与办法

1.通过“书香江淮”互联网阅读平台（网址：sxahtgw.chineseall.cn）注册登录，获取活动详情及参与指南。

2.各校征文作品和优秀分享者作品（限一份，形式不限）先投稿至各高校图书馆邮箱，各高校图书馆备注学校名称再统一发送至活动负责人邮箱。投稿时请务必注明有效联系方式，投稿作品文件名称格式要求：作品名称+作者姓名+单位+联系方式，文章标题下注明指导老师（如有）。不符合要求的作品视为自动放弃评选资格。

3.各高校图书馆负责指导学生参与活动，并提供必要的支持。

六、作品要求

1.所有参赛作品必须为原创，严禁抄袭、剽窃；

2.作品内容必须积极向上，展现个人成长与国家发展的紧密联系；

3.主办单位拥有作品的推荐权、发布权及非商业性使用权，作者享有著作署名权。

七、奖项设置

1.经典著作阅读分享设置最佳分享者奖若干名，颁发荣誉证书及奖品；

2.时光印记征文比赛普通高校组与高职院校组分别设置一等奖2名、二等奖5名、三等奖10名及优秀奖若干名，颁发荣誉证书及奖品；

3.根据学校参与情况及获奖数量评选出若干最佳组织单位；

4.根据指导学生获奖情况评选出若干优秀指导老师。

八、颁奖仪式

活动结束后组织线上/线下颁奖仪式，对所有获奖者及单位进行表彰奖励，同时邀请获奖代表分享心得体会。

九、宣传推广

1.利用多种渠道进行活动宣传，提高活动参与度与知名度；

2.制作活动海报、微信公众号推文等宣传材料，营造活动氛围。
